"Useless! Downloads don't work unless you put your phone into aeroplane mode, so you're constantly using your mobile data and battery life. Controls don't work for bluetooth headset. It never correctly remembers where you're up to in a video. Don't waste your money until they can fix the basics. EDIT: no that article doesn't solve any of the issues I mentioned. Did you even read what I wrote??"
